Deer meat stewed to tenderness😉
First thing first, soak the meat in white vinegar for 1 hour then clean well and cook for 2 hours in beef broth 1 1/2 cartons with 1 cup of water. Next I added in some carrots, thyme, red onions, green peppers, red wine, garlic,salt, pepper, 1 pack of Sazon optional and cooked down for an hour on low- medium. Total cook time was around 3 1/2 hours Serve with any sides and enjoy👌🏾
