Week 1 down on my hair growth journey! My plan is to wash my hair weekly while taking these daily. I will grease my scalp twice a week and keep my hair in protective styles. I will also up my water intake. I can’t wait to see the growth!!! I’m at shoulder length and my goal is to reach armpit. #
