Sometimes the most important conversations are the ones we have with ourselves.
After listening to Episode 6: Confidence Is Built, Not Found, I want to encourage you to slow down and spend a few moments reflecting on these questions.
🤍 What promises do I need to start keeping to myself?
🤍 Where have I been waiting to feel confident instead of taking the first step?
🤍 What small win have I been overlooking that deserves to be celebrated?
There are no right or wrong answers.
Just be honest with yourself.
Growth doesn’t always happen in the big, life-changing moments. Sometimes it begins with one honest conversation, one journal entry, or one decision to believe that you’re capable of becoming more than you were yesterday.
If one of these questions speaks to you, I’d love to hear about it in the comments. Your story might be the encouragement someone else needs today.

... Read moreReflecting on confidence really changed my perspective. I used to think confidence was something you either had or didn't, but learning that it’s built gradually has been empowering. What really stood out to me was the idea of keeping promises to myself. For a long time, I overlooked the importance of self-commitment, but once I started honoring my own promises, even the small ones, I noticed my confidence growing.
Another lesson was about taking that first step even when I wasn’t fully ready or didn’t feel confident yet. Waiting for confidence before acting often led to missed opportunities. Now, I try to act despite hesitation and remind myself that confidence often follows action, not the other way around.
Celebrating small wins has also been a game changer. Instead of waiting for major achievements, I pause to acknowledge small progress—like a completed task or a positive habit formed. This recognition fuels motivation and reminds me that growth is a journey, not a destination.
If you’re on a healing journey, I encourage you to ask yourself: What promises can I honor today? What first step have I been postponing? And what small victory can I celebrate right now? Sharing stories within supportive communities has also helped me feel less alone and more inspired.
Remember, growth begins with awareness and honesty. Real healing, real growth, and becoming the best version of yourself happen one conversation and one decision at a time. Keep going—you are becoming.
