Here’s a little of what i ate this week also some meals serving as leftovers throughout that week also! But all very delicious , nutritious and affordable meals ✨🥦🥘

- Açaí bowls are perfect to get access to that desirable shape get the necessary supplements powders and add them to your choice of frozen fruit base for the perfect morning treat 🫐🥝🍓🥥

- smoothies are another thing same as with the açaí bowls but instead of using juice to thin out that drink instead try Coconut milk 🥛🥥, coconut water 💦🥥, & Oat milk🍑🥛. Also include those nice greens such as kale & spinach 🥬
