I just have to be physically healthy. I will work out but I’m not consistent. My next goal is to be consistent so that I can meet my fitness goals this year.
To lose about 15 lbs and starting eating healthier. I had a baby back in January and while I’m not quite looking to be pre baby weight I would like to work off a portion of what I gained
