CURRENT GYM SPLIT
💌 I focus on the DAYS. I don’t worry about making it a specific day. Bc that sets yourself up for failure. —- meaning, if I wanted to do glutes on MONDAY, but was too busy, I would feel guilty not going. But if I just plan to do glutes ON A DAY, at least I have 7 days to accomplish that goal. 💌li
