P.F. Chang’s Lettuce Wrap Dupe 🥢
Better than takeout & so easy!
✨ Ingredients:
• 2 lbs ground chicken
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 bunch green onions (separate whites & greens)
• A ton of garlic + ginger (fresh!)
• 1 jar hoisin
• Soy sauce + rice vinegar (measure w/ your heart)
• Sriracha (optional)
• 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
• Iceberg lettuce leaves
🔥 Directions:
1. Brown chicken halfway.
2. Add onion + whites of green onions, cook til soft.
3. Add garlic + ginger, cook 2 mins.
4. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar & whole jar hoisin. Simmer until it reduces & thickens.
5. Add Sriracha if you like heat 🌶️
6. Mix in water chestnuts + green onion tops.
7. Serve in iceberg lettuce cups.
