🥟✨ VIRAL DUMPLING LASAGNA ✨🥟

🛒 INGREDIENTS

• 1 pack wonton wrappers 🟨

• 2 lbs ground pork 🐖

• Green onions (whites + greens separated) 🧅

• Savoy cabbage, chopped 🥬

• ~6 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

• ~4 tbsp fresh grated ginger 🫚

🌊 SAUCES

👉 Measure ALL with your heart ❤️ but season it WELL

• Soy sauce 🍶

• Hoisin 🍯

• Rice wine vinegar 🍚

• Sesame oil 🌰

• ½–1 cup water 💧

• ~1 tbsp chicken bouillon 🐔

✨ Toppings:

• Garlic chili crunch 🌶️🔥

• Green onion greens 💚

👩‍🍳 HOW TO

1️⃣ Mix pork, green onion whites, cabbage, garlic, ginger + all sauces

👉 Stop here for regular dumplings 🥟

2️⃣ For lasagna: mix in water + bouillon until juicy

3️⃣ Layer:

• Meat

• Wet wonton wrappers 💦

🔁 Repeat (I did 3 layers)

4️⃣ Place dish into a pot of simmering/boiling water 🍲

Add a small splash of water on top, cover 🔒

Cook ~30 minutes

5️⃣ Finish with chili crunch + green onions 😮‍💨🔥
