CHICKEN PARM MEATBALL CASSEROLE 🍗🍝🧀
aka the cozy, cheesy, feed-the-whole-house dinner 😮💨🔥
✨ INGREDIENTS ✨
🍗 1 lb ground chicken
🥚 1 egg
🍞 ~¼ cup Italian breadcrumbs
🧀 ~½ cup grated Parmesan
🌿 Fresh chopped parsley
🧄 ~1 tbsp garlic powder
🧅 ~1 tbsp onion powder
🌿 ~½ tbsp Italian seasoning
🧀 String cheese sticks, cut into pieces (optional for stuffing 😏)
🍝 1 lb pasta (I used rotini)
🍅 2 jars pasta sauce
🧀 Shredded mozzarella (don’t measure with your heart… MEASURE WITH YOUR SOUL)
✨ INSTRUCTIONS ✨
1️⃣ Mix chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, parm, parsley & seasonings 🥣
2️⃣ Roll into meatballs & stuff with mozzarella if you’re feeling fancy 🧀✨
3️⃣ Bake at 385° for 20–25 min (I got about 10 meatballs) 🔥
4️⃣ Boil pasta, add to baking dish 🍝
5️⃣ Pour 1 jar sauce on top + garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper 🍅🧄🧂
6️⃣ Add meatballs on top, cover with shredded mozzarella 🧀🧀🧀
7️⃣ Bake until hot, bubbly & impossible to wait for 🤤🔥
