MAKE YOUR OWN: LOBSTER TACO RECIPE 🦞🌮

Ingredients:

🦞 1 whole cooked Prince Edward Island Lobster

🌮 Small tortillas

🥑 Avocado

🥬 Coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage

🍋 Lime

🧄 Garlic

🧈 Butter

🥣 Sour cream or Greek yogurt

🌿 Cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

1. Remove lobster meat from the shell and cut into bite-sized pieces.

2. Warm butter in a pan with garlic and lime zest, then add lobster and heat for 2–3 minutes.

3. Toss slaw with lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4. Mix sour cream or Greek yogurt with lime juice and garlic powder to make the lime crema.

5. Toast tortillas in a pan for about 30 seconds per side.

6. Assemble tacos with slaw, buttery lobster, avocado, and lime crema.

7. Finish with cilantro and fresh lime juice.
