I have decided to do a mid year reset. I am trying to get back on track with healthy eating. I am excited about this detox and think it will get me on track.

I have been measuring my food out and tracking my macros.

Breakfast:

2 eggs

1 Tablespoon cheese

Green onion

Pink salmon salad 3.5 oz
