私もHSPとして、仕事の朝が辛い時は本当に気持ちが煮詰まります。記事で紹介されているように、まずは音楽をかけて心を落ち着かせるのは効果的です。私の場合は、少しテンションを上げたい時には好きなアーティストの元気な曲を流しながら身支度を始めると、不思議と体が動き出す感覚になります。 また、無理に完璧を求めず「今日は行けたら偉い」くらいにハードルを下げるのが大事だと実感しています。特にHSPは感情の揺れが大きいので、自分を労わりたい日には“省エネモード”にシフトするのも自己肯定感を保つ一つの方法です。 さらに、不安やネガティブな気持ちを抱えた時に、ChatGPTのようなAIに話しかけてみるのは面白いと感じました。私も文章にして外に出すことで感情の整理がつきやすくなった経験があります。AIがポジティブな言葉を返してくれることで、自分の思考のクセにも気づけて勉強になります。 そして、仕事終わりの小さなご褒美を決めておくこともモチベーション維持に効果的。私はお気に入りのカフェでのんびりする時間や、観たかった映画を観る計画を立てると「今日も頑張ろう」という気持ちになります。 最後に、本当に限界の時は迷わず休むこと。涙が出るほど辛かったり、身体の不調が続くなら、その日は自分と周囲のために休息を取るのが一番です。休むことは決して甘えではなく、長い目で見て心身の健康を守る大切な自己管理です。 仕事に行くのが憂鬱な朝も、少しの工夫や優しさで気持ちの切り替えができると、日々のストレスはかなり軽減されると思います。このような対処法が同じように悩むHSPの方々の支えになれば嬉しいです。一緒に自分らしく無理なく頑張りましょう。
