Most women will never lose the weight #ketocoachbre #ketomomma #ketocoach #ketocoaching
From my own journey coaching women on weight loss, I’ve seen firsthand that sticking to just a diet and exercise plan isn't enough. Many women lose a little weight—maybe 10 or 15 pounds—but then hit a plateau or regain everything they've lost. This often happens because the deeper emotional and psychological factors aren’t addressed. For example, emotional triggers like stress from family conflicts or feeling overwhelmed can lead to reaching for comfort foods, like fast food or sweets, as a way to cope. This isn’t simply about willpower but about understanding the relationship with food and emotions. Clients who achieve lasting success learn to navigate these hard moments without self-sabotage. It’s also about changing the self-talk that happens after eating certain foods. Guilt and negative thoughts can create a cycle of overeating and frustration. Instead, shifting focus to self-compassion and recognizing progress—even on tough days—can make a huge difference. I encourage women to do the 'hard work' of not only choosing the right foods and working out but also practicing mindfulness, managing stress, and building resilience. When clients commit to this holistic approach, they lose 20+ pounds and maintain their results. This transformation isn’t just physical; it’s about reclaiming control and creating a balanced lifestyle that sustains weight loss long-term. In summary, breaking free from the weight loss cycle requires addressing the emotional and psychological components just as much as the physical ones. It’s about more than calorie deficits—it's about how you think, feel, and respond to challenges along the way.
