Timeline Leap Challenge Week 2 Recap
This past week of the Timeline Leap Challenge took a whole pivot. I’ve managed to stay somewhat consistent in prayer and meditation but all the reading and ebook and YouTube went out the window 😂. The Scorpio Full Moon scooped me up and I was called for some much needed shadow work (which is still in progress). Witnessing more and more layers of self reveal and create a clearer picture of who I am and what I’m really doing for this lifetime. But nonetheless I count this week as a success. ✨ Through all the hard work I do constantly to elevate and improve, I experienced rest and grace in exchange for healing and forgiveness 🤍 Much gratitude and Love and I’m excited to see what Week 3 brings. ☺️

The Timeline Leap Challenge is a fascinating journey that encourages deep self-exploration and spiritual growth. In Week 2, many participants reported significant shifts in their emotions and perspectives, especially during the influential phases of the moon. Shadow work, a vital aspect of this challenge, involves addressing and healing past traumas and hidden emotions. It allows individuals to reclaim lost parts of their identity, ultimately leading to greater self-awareness and empowerment. In addition to shadow work, practices like journaling and meditation can be instrumental in unlocking deeper insights and fostering spiritual healing. Engaging in regular introspection helps participants track their progress and identify patterns in their thoughts and emotions. As the challenge continues, many emphasize the importance of community support, sharing their experiences, and offering encouragement to one another as they navigate their personal journeys. Looking ahead to Week 3, there’s a growing excitement among participants who anticipate further revelations and breakthroughs, particularly as they continue to integrate the lessons learned from Week 2. Whether you’re just starting or deep into your own challenge, embracing this journey with an open heart can lead to transformative experiences.

That’s good motivation and guidance ❤️
