It has truly been amazing and stress-free since everyone who didn't bring positivity into my life was cut off. There’s something incredibly liberating about choosing peace over conflict, which has helped me feel much more demure and centered. I remember reading a sign once that said, 'AIR BAG WARNING,' and it struck me as a metaphor for life: just like airbags deploy only when there’s an impact, sometimes we need those shocks or realizations to protect us from emotional harm. By letting go of unhealthy attachments and saying “Byyeeeee” to negativity, I haven’t lost love; instead, I’ve gained space to attract genuine connections. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck in a cycle of stress, I encourage you to assess what relationships or habits might be weighing you down. It’s not about losing people but about preserving your well-being and fostering peace within yourself. This approach has helped me create a positive and calm environment around me—and I hope sharing this encourages others to find their own peace too. Remember, embracing peace isn't just about external circumstances but also about nurturing a peaceful mindset, letting go of grudges, and welcoming love in its purest form. It's been a transformative journey, and the best part is feeling truly demure—quiet, calm, and confident in my path forward.
