Try sticking to a schedule pumping. Like 3 hours and pump for 15 minutes. Stay hydrated and you try to drink BOBYARMOR. They are really good and helped when I was dropping low on pumping. Make sure you still have your 3 meals out of the day. Have your work with you too, see if you can pump while working.
