Paracetamol. How to eat to Dose?

The most easy-to-pick home medicine...But it's the easiest 'miss', too. 💊

When I was fighting the mercury fever that day, when I was about to take the paraphernalia, I realized that the information that many people remember most often was, 'How many pills do you have to eat?'

Some people remember getting sick immediately, taking two pills, but you know, if you're under 67 kg, eating two pills (1,000 mg) at a time can be a burden for your liver to work harder than necessary.

So today I came up with the Dose Paramedics formula I used over the counter:

🔹 Most accurate formula: 10-15 mg x (kg)

🔹 Simple technique: If you weigh between 34 and 50 kg, just '1 tablet' (500 mg) is enough.

⚠️ Caution:

Must be at least 4-6 hours apart.

In 1 day (24 hours), no more than 8 tablets (4,000 mg) shall be eaten.

In fact, there are a lot of interesting details in this post, I intend to summarize it for the sick time, or to pass it on to people who like to eat paras often.
