[Materials] (for 1 person)
· 1 cotton tofu
(※ Once frozen → thawed and squeeze the water)
· Hot water 200 ml
◎ 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of chicken glass soup
◎ 1 teaspoon sesame oil
◎ Garlic tube 2-3cm
Topping
Soft-boiled egg
・ Green onion
・ Black pepper
[How to make]
① Freeze the firm tofu once
② Thaw and squeeze the water tightly
③ Tear thinly by hand or cut thinly (like noodles) with a kitchen knife
④ Put ◎ seasoning in the bowl
⑤ Pour 200 ml of hot water
⑥ Wrap and heat at 600W for 2-3 minutes
⑦ Complete with green onions and soft-boiled eggs
