My Go-To Sweet Treats That Still Support My Wellness Goals ✨🤩
As a health coach, I truly believe you can satisfy your sweet tooth without throwing your blood sugar or gut health out of whack. These are the treats I’ve been loving lately—they taste amazing, are made with real ingredients, and don’t leave me feeling sluggish after.

2. Simple Mills Nut Butter Stuffed Cookies – These are soft, slightly salty-sweet, and filled with creamy nut butter. I love having one with a cup of tea in the afternoon for a mindful moment.
3. Olipop Strawberries & Cream – It tastes like a soda float but supports gut health with prebiotics. My current fave flavor.
