Thank you for this! I have Adenomyosis and was also dismissed for the pain & symptoms I complained about for so many years. Switched docs and had a diagnosis within 3 months. ❤️

These are some things I implement in my daily life to try and make my endometriosis pain more bearable. I try to always wear comf/ loose clothes and usually always have my TENS unit with me. Recently I got this #myobi belt that has a TENS unit, heating function and red light therapy all in one. I
