Hard 90 Challenge

I’m doing my own version of the Hard 75. May 1 - July 31 I will be doing the Hard 90. Here’s a breakdown of how I will be doing it:

I will break the 90 days into 3 sets, 30 days each.

Set 1: Hard 30

Set 2: Harder 30

Set 3: Hardest 30

Why am I breaking it up like this? Each set will have 3 goals. The first set will be the easiest goals to accomplish, the second set will be a little more challenging, and the third set will be the most challenging.

Once you go through the goals of the first 30 days, you continue those goals and then add in the next 3 goals. So they will build off of each other.

Here is the overview of what I will be doing:

First 30 days:

* Drink only water

* Workout 30 minutes a day

* Bible study and prayer every day

Second 30 days:

* No sweets/junk food

* No scrolling on phone after 9pm

* Incorporate nightly family devotional

Third 30 days:

* No going out to eat during the day (breakfast or lunch)

* Get up at 6am

* Be intentional about spending time with kids (I.e., limit screen time, go outside when possible, etc.)

You can follow along with me or you can come up with your own goals.

Incorporating healthy habits can be simple—it’s about choosing the right ones that resonate with your lifestyle. The journey begins with water intake, daily workouts, and even spiritual growth through Bible study. As you progress into the second phase, you will challenge yourself to cut out indulgences such as sweets and restrict late-night phone use, fostering better sleep and healthier eating patterns. The final phase emphasizes family connections, encouraging you to be present and intentional about quality time with your loved ones. By participating in this challenge, you'll not only achieve personal goals but also inspire others to join in creating a community of support and accountability. Remember, the process is about building on previous efforts, allowing you to see real results over time.
