I love to be able to spread positivity whenever possible. it has helped my mental health more than anything else including medication. I have BPD cptsd and panic attacks. I only take medication for depression and utilize meditation as well as self care to help manage my symptoms# #peaceoverpride

I have sensory issues and weighted blankets make me hot. however i have discovered breathing exercises, listening to different frequencies, lots of different pillows and my eye mask have helped me with my sleep. I'm also going to be putting a full canopy surrounding my bed so it will be complet
