We love experimenting with different exercises, from mastering the cable machine for targeted muscle groups to incorporating specialized gear like a weightlifting belt for heavy lifts. It's about building strength, yes, but also about discovering new forms of movement that feel authentic to us as a couple. I remember one session at the gym, my partner was cheering me on as I worked on the cable machine, feeling strong and confident in my sports bra and lifting belt. It’s these moments of shared effort and encouragement that truly differentiate our fitness journey. So, how can you and your partner 'train to stand out'?
