anxiety….How I deal with it!!

Dealing with your anxiety can be way different from the way I do it.

1. Journaling: Having a journal can openly express how you feel when you can’t find the words.

2. Talking to a mature Christian: Talk to a mature Christian that has an actual relationship with Jesus. They can talk with you and help you understand why you are feeling the way you are. I do this a lot! One thing you should never do is cut yourself off from people.

3. Go someplace quiet: This helps because when I feel like everything is closing up in on me, a quiet place gives me space to think and thank God for everything he has done and it gets my mind off things.

4. Reflection: Reflecting on everything you go through and how you go through it helps in the long run. Knowing that you have strength to overcame a situation it awesome and amazing.

5. Praying: I’m mentioning this last because it pulls every point I made together. Praying and talking to Hod is the best thing you can do. God already knows about your situation, he just wants to hear from you so y’all can work it out together❤️ because he loves each one of us very much.

Phillipians 4:13 says I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!!!
