+ these are Rhodes frozen rolls!! SO BOMB!! my favorite way to make them is letting them rise in the oven with the light on for minimum 3 hours maximum 5 hours, brushing them with an egg and cream wash, sprinkling salt, and baking until perfectly golden brown.

+ you don’t want to overproof them!! To know when that’s about to happen watch for small slightly darker splotches or air pockets appearing!!

+ I made these for an Easter dinner and the egg wash and salt sprinkle just takes them up a notch visually. people are always impressed 😂🙏🏼
