So if you love Oxtails, you will love Beef Neckbones. Being honest I like these better more meat if you ask me. So I clean the meat with a lime, lemon, vinegar and water. Pat dry, add seasoning, mustard (helps bind ingredients) add virgin olive oil. Get my Pam ready and pan sear the neckbones in butter and olive oil. (For a nice color I add kitchen bouquet browning mix in over meat with all seasonings) I pan sear on each side for about 5 mins until charred to my liking. Then I add beef stock, better than bouillon beef seasonings 1 tbsp, red cooking wine. Add in sautéed veggies such as garlic, red & green bell peppers. And simmer on low until meat is tender.
