Now, 3mo, 6mo, start
Hi, It’s been 3 months since my last update! Life has been hectic, but I’ve still been in the gym💪🏻 and soaking up all the warm sunshine☀️ that’s left this season.
So let’s talk about progress!
With a loose diet, gym 4 days a week, and cardio every day, I’m weighing in at 191.3. I’ve lost 14lb total but gained a ton of muscle in its place. I also increased my cardiovascular ability and added 10lb on most exercises. I’ve never been able to enjoy a long walk due to multiple health issues and bad health, but finally, I do them for fun!
I couldn’t be more proud of how I’ve improved my quality of life and remained committed to bettering myself.
While the number on the scale trickles down slowly, I can see my composition and muscles changing. It can be hard not to be disappointed every time you step on it, but I’ve learned to gauge my progress by my strength, energy, and quality of life. Hopefully a dip into my perspective can help some of the other people with health issues on here:)
