Forever Healing not healed
Healing is often portrayed as a destination, a point at which we can say we are 'fully healed.' However, the reality is much more fluid and ongoing—hence the idea of 'Forever Healing.' From my own experience, healing is less about reaching perfection and more about embracing vulnerability and progress. We grow by acknowledging both our strengths and our imperfections. An important aspect of this journey is balancing how we treat others and ourselves. The phrase 'You could be nicer' contrasts with 'I could also be hella meaner'—this highlights the push-and-pull between kindness and assertiveness. Giving credit where credit is due means recognizing our efforts and growth while holding space for honest communication, even when it’s tough. Through practicing self-compassion and maintaining healthy boundaries, healing becomes an ongoing process of learning and forgiveness. It’s helpful to remind ourselves that setbacks are part of growth. Each moment of reflection and vulnerability brings us closer to deeper understanding and acceptance. Ultimately, 'Forever Healing' is about committing to continuous personal development, accepting that healing looks different for every person and is never truly complete, but always evolving.
