So I finally gave in and tried a lineup of prebiotic sodas, and I have *opinions*. If you’re soda-obsessed like me but trying to make better choices, here’s the honest breakdown:
Strawberry Lemonade Poppi– THIS is the one. Light, refreshing, and actually tastes like something you’d crave on a hot day. Not too sweet, not too artificial. Easily my #1 .
Wild Berry Poppi– Super close second. It’s fruity without being overwhelming, and has that “sparkling juice” vibe. Definitely a safe pick if you’re new to prebiotic drinks.
Cherry Cola Pepsi– Okay this one surprised me. It actually gives that classic soda feel, just a little lighter. If you’re trying to replace traditional cola, this is a solid step-down option.
