Northeast Laba Formula
🥦 raw materials:
• Minced pork meat (or beef / chicken, whichever you like) 200 grams
• Sliced scalded pig liver (if liked)
• 3-4 alley shallots
• 2 alley onions
• 2-3 alley parsley
• 1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (as spicy)
• 1 tablespoon roasted rice
• 2 tablespoons fish sauce
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• Slightly cooked broth or boiled water
🍳 steps to do:
1.Scalding minced pork with enough broth cooked (do not dry too)
2. Turn off the lights. Put the shallots together.
3. Seasoned with fish sauce, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, stir well.
4. Sprinkle roasted rice. Put onion and parsley alley. Mix again.
5. Taste to be spicy, sour, lead, salty according to the spicy, roasted rice.
