Ok here’s the formula to an hourglass figure ⤵️

1️⃣ weight training !!!!! With emphasis on glutes🍑, shoulders, and back. Don’t be afraid to lift heavy.

2️⃣nutrition will play a BIG role, focus on primarily Whole Foods and high protein - eat foods that make you feel good internally but also eat enough to fuel yourself and allow those muscles to grow. Plenty of fiber & water too.

3️⃣ CORE CONTROL - whether this is training core or diligently keep your core engaged throughout the day. It’s important for the hourglass shape.

4️⃣RECOVERY - make sure you are taking care of your body as much as you are training. Sleep, stretching, active recovery, sauna, etc. can aid in muscle recovery.

5️⃣STAYING ACTIVE - moving throughout the day even on rest days is important to keep the metabolism up, steps, taking the stairs, and movement you can get in outside of your workouts without thinking about it will help tremendously.

6️⃣ PATIENCE - this doesn’t happen overnight, the more you see your fitness and nutrition as hygiene and something you JUST DO, the simpler this becomes but it can take time. Trust the process.
