人生において「もう遅い」と感じる瞬間は誰にでも訪れます。特に50代以降は、社会的にも自分自身にも制限を感じやすい時期かもしれません。しかし、私の経験からお伝えしたいのは、50代だからこそ新たな人生再起動が可能だということです。私自身、40代でどん底に落ちた時期がありました。IT用語やスマホ操作も若者だけのものと思い込み、情報の波についていけず、引きこもり状態になりました。けれども、ある日小さな勇気を出してスマホパソコン教室に通い始めました。月に30時間ほどパソコンの操作を学び直し、ネット環境を整えるところからのスタートでした。この積み重ねが自信となり、新たな挑戦を可能にしました。 この体験から学んだのは、人生を変えるために必要なのは若さではなく「もう一度自分の人生を生きてみよう」という小さな勇気だということ。年齢を重ねたからこそ得られた経験や視点が、新しい可能性を広げてくれます。海外生活や多様な職種への挑戦もその一例です。自分に制限をかけず、気負わず少しずつ新しいことにチャレンジしてみませんか？ 人それぞれスピードや道のりは違いますが、50代からの人生やり直しは間違いなく可能です。あなたの再起動を応援しています。そして何より、これからの人生を笑顔で楽しむために「人生をやり直す勇気」を持って一歩踏み出しましょう。
