私が行った「ホルモンうどん焼肉酒場 志木本陣」は、志木駅から徒歩3分くらいで、たいらやの近くにあるので初めてでも迷いにくかったです。店内はテーブル席＋小上がりに加えてカウンター席もあり、1人でも入りやすい雰囲気。駅近ですが駐車場はないので、電車か近隣のコインパーキング前提で考えるのが安心です。 メニューで迷ったら、まず看板の「旨辛ホルモン汁うどん」。真っ赤なスープに黒毛和牛ホルモンが浮かんでいて、見た目から食欲が刺激されます。麺は全粒粉入りの太麺でコシ強め、もちもち感がしっかり。辛さは“ただ辛い”じゃなくて旨みも濃いタイプなので、辛党はもちろん「辛いの苦手だけど旨辛なら挑戦したい」人にもハマりそうだと感じました。 コスパ重視なら「学生応援満腹セット（950円）」が強いです。ミニ丼が3種類（ミニホルモン丼／ミニ牛すじ丼／ミニスタミナ豚丼）から選べて、つけ汁うどんは麺量が200g〜500gまで選択OK。私は空腹だったので多めにしましたが、500gはしっかり満腹になります。小食の人は200〜300gくらいにして、ミニ丼も楽しむ配分がちょうどいいと思います。 丼ものは卵黄の濃さが印象的で、青森の「究極の卵（十六代真っ赤卵）」を使っているそう。黄身を絡めるとコクが一気に増して、ミニサイズでも満足感が高いです。味変したい人は、途中で卵黄をうどん側に少し落としてまろやかにするのもおすすめ。 「近くのうどん屋」を探していて、ガッツリ系・旨辛系・ホルモン好きに刺さるお店でした。夜はホルモン鍋や焼肉もあるみたいなので、次は飲み利用でも行ってみたいです。行く前は営業時間（ランチは11:00〜15:00、月曜休みなど）を最新情報で確認しておくと安心です。
