「浦和で牛タンが食べたい」「うま囲って実際どう？メニューは？」と迷ったときに役立つように、私が行った時の頼み方のコツをまとめます（※最新は公式で確認がおすすめ）。 まず、席は完全個室なので、友だち同士や会社の飲み会でも周りを気にせず話せました。掘りごたつ式で足元がラクなのも地味に嬉しいポイント。週末は特に混みやすい印象だったので、時間が決まっているなら予約が安心です。 メニューは牛タンが主役。初めてなら「1本仕込みの厚切り牛タン」は外せません。厚切りなのに意外とやわらかく、レモンでさっぱり食べたり、とろろを合わせると満足感が一気に上がります。焼き系が好きな人は「牛タンの炭焼き鉄板」もおすすめで、香ばしさが強くてお酒が進みました。 刺し系に抵抗がなければ「牛タンユッケ」もぜひ。新鮮さが前提のメニューなので、気になる人は最初にスタッフさんへおすすめの食べ方を聞くと安心です。 名物感で選ぶなら「牛タンの葱しゃぶ（ゆず塩スープ）」。ゆず塩スープがさっぱりしていて、牛タンをさっと潜らせて、ねぎをたっぷり巻くと口当たりが軽いのに満足度は高め。こってり→さっぱりの流れで、途中で箸休め的に入れると最後まで飽きずに食べられました。 〆や“ご褒美感”を出したいときは、炙り牛タン×いくらの寿司や、いくら丼系を足すと一気に贅沢になります。牛タン中心で組み立てつつ、こういう海鮮メニューを挟むと満腹でもテンションが落ちにくいです。 最後に、デザートも充実していたので甘いもので締めたい人にも向いていました。浦和駅近で「牛タン専門」「完全個室」「メニューが多い」を重視するなら、うま囲はかなり使いやすいお店だと思います。
