私が行く前に一番悩んだのが「いつ電話するのが正解？」問題。くれないの豚（桶川）は営業前から電話が鳴りっぱなしな日もあるみたいなので、迷っているなら“受け取り希望時間が決まった時点”で早めに電話オーダーするのが安心でした。屋台スタイルの焼き鳥屋さんって、目の前で焼いてくれる分どうしてもタイミングで待ち時間が出やすいので、電話予約はかなりありがたいです。 当日は受け取りだけ（敷地内での飲食は×）なので、私は保冷バッグを持参。特にホルモン焼きやもつ煮は汁気やニオイ移りが気になることがあるので、ビニール袋を二重にしたり、車で行く人はトランク側に置くと快適でした。駐車スペースがあるのも地味に助かります。 焼き鳥は「1本が大き目」なので、最初は本数を控えめに頼んで正解。定番のかしらはもちろん、ねぎが甘くて香ばしさが引き立つタイプで、屋台スタイルならではの煙の香りがしっかり付いてました。個人的におすすめは“辛みそ（+100円）”。味変として優秀で、かしら・豚バラ系にちょい付けするとご飯が進みます。 今年から始まった豚ホルモン焼きは、シングルとダブルが選べるのがうれしいポイント。夕飯のおかずにするならダブル、つまみ目的ならシングルでも満足感あり。にんにく×一味のパンチがあるので、帰宅後に軽く温め直すと香りが戻ってさらにおいしかったです（私はフライパンでさっと温めました）。 もつ煮は大腸だけを使っているからか、旨みが濃いのに後味がしつこくない印象。ネギが合うので、家にある刻みネギを追い足ししても◎。レバーカップも評判どおりで、リピーターが多いのも納得でした。 初めてなら「焼き鳥数本＋ホルモン焼き（シングル）＋もつ煮」をシェアする組み合わせが失敗しにくいと思います。桶川で“焼き鳥屋台”っぽい雰囲気と味をテイクアウトで楽しみたい人に、かなり刺さるお店でした。
