📌 I personally have a lot of small habits that try to change, I can do it 😁, I can't do it 😥, so I put forward four habits that I tried to change.

1️⃣ Get up early and fold the quilt → Start the day by completing one mission, giving you a sense of instant success.

2️⃣ Drink water immediately after awakening → Rehydrate after hours of dehydration. Help the brain wake up. The body system works better.

3️⃣ Put a cylinder of water close to yourself, drink 2 liters of water a day → drink all day, help skin, clear brain, work more slippery.

4️⃣ To-do list in the app → Sparse brain, do not keep everything in your head, work better, do not forget, and know what to do before-after.

🎯, but there are other small habits intended to try.
