Updates!
So it’s been quite some time since I’ve updated and I bring good and some bad ish news.
We’ll start with the bad ish news, so at one of my ultrasound’s previously we were noticing some heart abnormalities so they sent me to a fetal medicine and fetal cardiologist group. We have since found out she has Tricuspid Artesia as well as VSD. Basically this mean one of her heart chambers did not form correctly and a hole in her heart was form. Fortunately the hole has open a pass way for the chamber on the other side to compensate for what the closed off chamber is lacking in. This is fixable but it will be a long stressful process. She is in total for the first 3 years of her life will have a total of three surgeries. On within the first week of her being born, what this means is she will not be able to be born is the city I’m currently in. I was definitely stressed about this at first but going up and meeting the doctors I feel so much more comfortable with them and going up there. I’ll be stuck up there for a whole month.😭😅
Good news, she is already a little chonker coming in at 5ibs 8oz. It doesn’t sound like a lot but I’m not very big in size so it definitely does a number on me.😂 She is definitely a veryyyy active baby and reallllly love my ribs. I swear sometimes I feel her toes curl around my ribs no joke.😭 She is very stubborn in the ultrasound room always has a foot or hand in her mouth to hide her face but today we finally got to do the 3D image. The first time I did this she looked like a blob but after being able to actually see her little nose and face gives me hope that she’ll be okay. She’s at the point where she is growing rapidly and will just keep getting bigger. I don’t have very much longer until I meet her in person and to say the least I’m so excited to raise a baby girl and give her the love that I have to offer. If you or someone you know is going through something similar or you just want to talk feel free to reach out to me!❤️☺️#baby
