Workout with Me: Day One

I need to get back on track with my workout routine, and I have a feeling I’m not the only one!!!

I used to be in the gym for hours everyday, seeing minimal results. At this time I was stressed, over worked and feeling extremely lost in my life. I was also treating myself to Chic-Fil-A right after every weekly workout.

I started picking back up light workouts before the beginning of 2024, but fell off due to a death in my family and traveling. BUT, I am back and making it a habit to move my body daily.

Come along with me on this fitness journey. I have included the workout equipment used and the workout I made! This workout not only had me sweating but had me sore when I woke up this morning😮‍💨

The bands I use are from https://bicahbychloe.com/collections/glute-bands I have a medium weight in both bands. I noticed right now they do not have medium in stock! Any bands will work I just find this to have a great quality.
