For me, it’s consistency with showing up for myself through my workouts; but this can be anything. Consistency in anything to better yourself and to become the best version you can be. Finding time as a mom is HARD, but it is not impossible. Between working full time, managing my home, taking care of my three children, I could come up with every excuse but I don’t. I may be tired but knowing I am working on myself is worth getting up when the alarm goes off 🙌🏼😉
