This type of community involvement encourages empathy and collective responsibility. Promoting respect goes hand in hand with stopping harassment. Respect means honoring each individual's dignity regardless of their background or identity. Simple acts, such as active listening and validating others’ experiences, contribute to a more inclusive and supportive environment. Personally, involvement in awareness campaigns has shown me the power of community-led initiatives.
