... Read moreSharing my personal experience with mid-stage home renovations, this phase can feel incredibly rewarding yet challenging. By Week 6, seeing the walls take shape truly makes the project tangible and exciting. One important tip I’ve learned is to stay on top of mechanical and electrical (M&E) works early to avoid delays later. It’s also crucial to coordinate masonry and partition installation carefully to ensure structural integrity and smooth finishing later on. During my renovation, I used a 360 tile adhesive, which made the tile work much easier and durable, as suggested by some professional recommendations. Choosing the right materials, like quality adhesives and fast-setting compounds, can save time and reduce issues downstream. Also, false ceilings not only enhance aesthetics but help conceal wiring and plumbing neatly. Watching these elements come together transforms abstract plans into a livable space. I highly recommend documenting your renovation journey with photos and notes to track progress and spot any issues early. It keeps motivation high and helps communicate effectively with contractors. If you’re embarking on a renovation yourself, remember patience and flexibility are key. Unexpected challenges can arise, but with good planning and trust in your team, you’ll see your dream home take shape just like this inspiring week 6 update.

HDB BTO //: 4 ROOM, All walls Hacked
What once felt separated now feels connected — a living room that breathes, a kitchen anchored by an island, and a long dining table made for meals that linger a little longer than expected. This home was shaped for 2 adults and 1 child, but also for parents who visit, relatives who drop by

what it’s like dating an AVOIDANT
I was a wreck when the relationship ended, but to be honest, i’m so thankful that we broke up when we did. Maybe I didn’t know it at the time, call it “blind love” or whatsoever, but I thought I wasn’t ever going to get over this, or heal from the heartache. So on the verge of breaking up, I read u

‼️How we saved NEARLY $100,000 on our resale flat 😱
When we finally found the one flat, there was just one HUGE problem — the price 😅. It was nearly $100,000 more than the first “ideal” unit we viewed and also the max of our budget. And to be honest, neither of us are naturals at negotiation, so we weren’t sure if we even stood a chance. But afte

The Truth About Living Alone
Growing up in an unstable home, I learned to be independent long before most people my age. At 17, I was forced out, moving from one relative’s place to another — never staying long enough to feel settled. That didn’t last either. And at 22, with nowhere left to go, I finally began living on my own
