This is 55 🫶

Well 55 is going pretty good! I actually got accused of lying by one of my customers about my age!? Like why would I make myself older than i am? I took it as a compliment. As I said last year its about loving yourself enough to put your health as a priority. I get up at 4am to workout, then its off to work for 8hrs. I drink a ton of water. im pretty active at work. I do have 3 chronic conditions, which are all in check and have been for awhile. I think its important to put yourself first so you can give your best to the people in your life. Im a positive and cheerful 😊 person.
