Here are the ideal reps & set for muscle - You should be doing a minimum of 4 sets of each exercise, sorry to tell you but that 3 set range isn't pushing you enough bump it up to 4. Your reps should be between 8-15. Ideally you should be ending your sets close to failure or at 9 RPE
