Law of Resonance Journal Prompts✨

“The universe doesn’t give you what you want- it gives you what you are”

When we ask ourselves these kinds of questions, our minds begin an enthusiastic search for evidence to support the implied statement. When we ask questions like “why am I so loved?” Our brain comes back with- “well, because I am a kind person, I am lovable, I am smart, and funny!” Etc

…the more positive evidence our minds run back to us with, the better we feel, thus raising our vibration to meet the statement “I am loved” further attracting feelings and proof of being loved! Our vibration is telling the universe what we want more of!

So with these journal prompts- ask yourself these questions and list in great detail why you are these things, why you deserve these things and keep listing for as long as you can!

If you’re having trouble with where to start- when I get stuck I simply begin with -because I deserve it! I deserve to feel this way, I deserve to have this, I deserve luck and love and abundance and whatever else it might be! And it’s true- we do deserve all these things! We deserve to be at our fullest and happiest and richest because when we are full we GIVE!! You deserve to be rich beyond measure because with that wealth you will lift others up, you deserve love because you will spread that love as far as you can, and that’s what we’re here to do❤️
