Be Consistent and Listen to Your Skin.
Even the best skincare products won’t work if you’re not consistent or if you’re using things that your skin doesn’t actually need. Here’s how to make that work for you:
💡 Start Simple, Then Build:
• Begin with the basics: cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF in the morning, and cleanser and moisturizer at night.
• As your skin adjusts, slowly add toners, essences, serums, or exfoliators based on your goals (like acne, dryness, or dullness).
🧴 Less is More Sometimes:
• You don’t need 10 steps every single day. Some steps like exfoliation, spot treatments, and masks are meant for 2–3 times a week only.
• Overdoing it can irritate your skin, so don’t force every product daily.
🌙 Apply Products from Thinnest to Thickest:
• This helps each product absorb better. Think: watery (toner) → slightly thicker (essence/serum) → creamy (moisturizer) → rich (mask).
🧠 Listen to Your Skin’s Mood:
• Dry? Use more hydrating layers.
• Breaking out? Go lighter and calm it down with soothing ingredients.
• Feeling oily? Don’t skip moisturizer—just use a lightweight one.
🧼 Bonus: Double Cleanse at Night if You Wear SPF or Makeup
• Start with an oil-based cleanser, then follow with a water-based one to fully clear your skin. It’s a game changer for clear, smooth skin.
