Failed New Year's Resolutions?

It is now day 3, has anyone been unsuccessful with their resolutions? Personally I have. I set the goal to sleep less, and then immediately took and afternoon nap. It is still winter break for me, so without my teaching job I tend to sleep all day. I want to get in a good 8-9 hours with no naps. Luckily, this won't stop me. I don't view mine as something I do or don't do; more of a goal. I still believe in myself and I hope you do too✨️

Studies show that about 80% of resolutions fail by February. To stay committed, consider breaking your goals into smaller, manageable steps. For instance, if your resolution is to improve your sleep, focus on setting a consistent bedtime rather than eliminating naps entirely. Engaging with supportive communities, whether online or in person, can also boost your motivation. Sharing your challenges in forums or groups dedicated to resolutions not only fosters camaraderie but also provides helpful advice. Remember to celebrate small victories along the way, as this can keep you motivated throughout the year. Lastly, keep your mindset flexible; it's perfectly normal to adjust your goals as needed! Let's make this year a positive reset.
