Is this what Lazy Healthy people have to do?

👍Pros: It’s low calorie, has a savory flavor.

🤔Cons: It’s not very Filling unless you eat a bunch.

I didn’t have a list when I went grocery shopping (always a bad idea) but I knew I wanted ingredients for a charcuterie board. I don’t cook much if at all for weeks at a time so I have to find things that are easy to put together. Cutting processed foods and frozen meals out of my meals have helped immensely in my health journey but there’s a lot left to be figured out with meal replacements.

It makes me wonder what other lazy health focused people do for snacks and meals. It can’t always be salads and fruit smoothies and toasted bagels 🌚
