1️⃣ Accuracy (compared to the central blood of the actual 100gOGTT)
Fasting: 75 vs 112 → + 49.3%
1 hr: 216 vs 199 → -7.9%
2 hr: 184 vs 172 → -6.5%
3 hr: 160 vs 152 → -5.0%
Mean% Difference = 17%
Fasting range is very high. But the range 1-3 hours after loading sugar error is about 5-8%.
So in the GDM context: postprandial data seems more reliable than the fasting from this series.
2️⃣ Real experience 💉
🔹 All-in-one easy to stick. One end. No separation. Sensor transmitor. Follow the manual. (Request not to go into details because the stick is finished. Forget. Open the manual all round.)
🔹 Recommended position: abdomen beside the navel.
🔹 The sensors were thin when the sheep barely saw the marks, the back removed, no inflammation.
3️⃣ App 📱
🔹 clearly see the whole day trend.
🔹 has a low / normal / high range color zone (alarm when the value goes out of the set renge).
Export report can be PDF
🔹 the downside. The graph looks strange, often sine wave. I don't know how much.
4️⃣ What does the Report have to offer?
Mean glucose, GMI, Time in Range, CV, AGP
🔹 daily graph.
🔹 1hr / 2hr postpandial and Food log table written (this one is very good. Can print to the doctor. No need to write it yourself. Reduce human error a lot)
🚩 personal remarks.
Although Postpandial is very low, Fasting up to 49% will not dare to continue using it because it does not know which one is right and which one is wrong. If friends have information, can share it.
