Maintaining 20 lbs weightloss after stopping glp-1

Day 1 of trying these supplements from #humnutrition

So far, I haven’t noticed a difference yet but it’s just been one day. I took half the dose of berberine so my body could get adjusted.

I was wanting to try a more natural route after stopping #glp1 so we shall see how this works!
