When I first felt unusually intense movements and a heavy sensation in my belly around the fourth month of pregnancy, I knew something was different. Despite waiting anxiously in a crowded private clinic, I was determined to get checked, as the pain and the constant movement of the baby worried me. Many expectant mothers might overlook such feelings or attribute them to regular pregnancy changes, but listening to your body is crucial. The ultrasound appointment became a turning point that completely changed my expectations. Hearing the doctor calmly announce the presence of not one, but two babies was overwhelming. I had prepared myself for a single child, and suddenly, twins were what I was carrying. I fainted from shock, but upon regaining consciousness, a flood of emotions came through – surprise, joy, and a bit of anxiety about what was to come. This experience taught me the importance of early and regular prenatal check-ups, especially when unusual symptoms occur. It also emphasized how pregnancy can be unpredictable and full of beautiful surprises. Sharing this story is my way to encourage other pregnant women not to ignore signs their bodies send and to seek medical advice promptly. Every pregnancy journey is unique, and being informed and supported by healthcare professionals makes it smoother and safer for both mother and babies.

Viral skincare I was not impressed by 👎🏽🙅🏽♀️❌
Not all viral skincare lives up to the hype, and these two just didn’t hit the mark for me. Let’s get into it! Tatcha Kissu Lip Mask – Everyone raved about this, but honestly? It’s just okay. The texture is smooth, but for the price, I expected deep hydration that lasts overnight—instead, it fel
